Our resident 'Man on the ground' in Spain is originally from the UK and has had years of experience in the industry. He provides the ultimate personal service for your business or conference group, arranging everything from transfers to restaurant reservations, team building events, and excursions. Fluent in Spanish, he works closely with all the conference hotels in the area, ensuring every aspect of your business event goes to plan.
Upon arrival at Malaga Airport you will be met and assisted by our friendly English-speaking representative.
Transfers to and from your conference hotel are by executive coach, private luxury cars or even stretch limo.
We can arrange meeting rooms and conference facilities suitable for your size of group, preferred seating plan, audio visual needs, break-out requirements etc.
Subject to availability, we can often offer complimentary room upgrades for your key people.
If you would like to host a gala dinner for your delegates we can suggest restaurants and menus to suit your budget, either in your conference hotel or outside.
We can arrange a variety of outside excursions including half-day tours of Marbella or perhaps a round of golf. We can also put together team building programmes, such as Go-Karting and Jeep Safaris.
For your convenience all costs can be billed through Malaga Meetings, alleviating the need for credit card payments to restaurants, hotels or other third party suppliers.
