Malaga Meetings has a highly professional and experienced
team to help you organise your meeting or conference in Spain.
Highly experienced and professional
We have more than 10 years experience in successfully arranging
groups, business events and conferences in Southern Spain.
As a result we can often obtain better rates than going directly
to the hotel.
Resident organizer always on hand
Our resident "Man on the ground" in Spain, is originally
from the UK, and has had years of experience in the industry.
He provides the ultimate personal service for your business
or conference group, arranging everything from transfers to
restaurant reservations,
team building events, and excursions.
Fluent in Spanish, he works closely with all the conference
hotels in the area, ensuring every aspect of your business
event goes to plan.
Meet and Greet at Malaga Airport
Upon arrival at Malaga Airport you will be met and assisted
by our friendly English speaking representative.
Executive Transfers to and from hotel
Transfers to and from your conference hotel are by executive
coach, private luxury cars or even stretch limo.
Conference Facilities & Meeting Rooms
We can arrange meeting rooms and conference facilities suitable
for your size of group, preferred seating plan, audio visual
needs, break-out requirements etc.
Room Upgrades
Subject to availability, we can often offer complimentary
room upgrades for your key people.
Gala Dinners
If you would like to host a gala dinner for your delegates
we can suggest restaurants
and menus to suit your budget, either in your conference hotel
or outside.
Excursions and team building events
We can arrange a variety of outside
excursions including private
boat trips with drinks and canapes, half-day tours of
Marbella Old Town and golf. We can also put together team
building programmes, such as Go Karting and Jeep Safaris.
Billing
For your convenience, all costs can be billed through MalagaMeetings
alleviating the need for credit card payments to restaurants,
hotels or other 3rd party suppliers.
